    Recording your calls is good business practice and helps your company improve customer service, design more focused marketing campaigns, maintain better records of verbal contracts and demonstrate compliance with regulatory requirements (such as those set by the FSA).

    Our PhonepayPlus (PPP) approved call recording solution is a flexible application that can grow and evolve with your business. The system is fully configurable so you can record exactly what you need when you need it. For example, ad hoc recording of individual extensions, recording of specific DDIs, or permanent recording for certain groups.

    High level encryption within the system ensures that call recordings meet all regulatory compliance measures. We also offer flexible integration with third party applications such as customer relationship management (CRM) platforms and workforce management systems.

    Call recording functionality can be made available as a node feature in our Fusion IVR development software, allowing you to deploy call recording at any defined point in your own IVR services. It can also be added to our Multi-Channel and Virtual Contact Centre Solutions, helping to keep customer service levels to a high quality.
